# About the Project Music

## Info
In September of 2022, [my brother](https://soundcloud.com/thehovs) and I embarked on creating our own [EP](https://soundcloud.com/horseapple/sets/synthetic-old-world) to become better at music production. It was on the second song that I first found and used the theme motif of this project.<br>Take a listen to the first seven second clip of the theme melody and then listen to EP Track 2.

As you can hear, the melodies are identical. I felt the rhythm was adventurous sounding and perfect for this project and have continued to use it in other prototypes of the project’s music. Below are various iteration on the theme, adjusting tempo, instruments used, and overall tone. Eventually I settled on the final one.

In the final theme version, I combined the above mentioned seven second melody with Bannerlord’s chord progression, examples below:
